Data Deletion Instructions#

You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data processed by the Evolu platform — including data collected when you interact with our WhatsApp and Telegram chatbots. Evolu is operated by ZRP Aplicações Informáticas LTDA (CNPJ 23.172.493/0001-42) and honours these requests under the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Lei nº 13.709/2018).

How to request deletion#

Send an email to dpo@evolu.dev.br with the subject "Data deletion request". For the fastest verification, send it from the email address you used to register, and include:

  1. Your full name;
  2. The email address, CPF, or phone number you registered with (so we can locate your data);
  3. The channel you used — Web, WhatsApp, or Telegram; and
  4. The campaign or brand you participated in, if you know it.

One request covers every channel

A single deletion request removes your personal data across all channels you used — web, WhatsApp, and Telegram. If you took part in more than one brand's campaign, tell us which ones so we can cover them all.

What happens next#

  1. Identity check. To protect your account, we verify that the request comes from you before acting on it.
  2. Deletion. Once verified, we delete or irreversibly anonymize your personal data across the platform.
  3. Confirmation. We confirm completion by email.

We complete verified requests within the timeframe required by the LGPD (as a rule, within 15 days), and sooner where possible.

Important notes#

  • Legal retention. Some data may be retained after your request where the law requires it — for example, tax, audit, and Secretaria de Prêmios e Apostas (SPA) obligations tied to a promotional campaign. This data is kept only for as long as legally required and is then deleted.
  • Effect on participation. Deleting your data ends your participation in any active campaign and may forfeit pending entries, lucky numbers, or prizes that depend on that data.
  • Campaign Organizer data. For campaigns where the sponsoring business is the data controller, we will act on your request as their data operator and coordinate with them as needed.
