Terms of Service#

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Evolu platform — our web application and our official WhatsApp and Telegram chatbots — to register for and take part in promotional campaigns. Evolu is operated by ZRP Aplicações Informáticas LTDA, enrolled under CNPJ 23.172.493/0001-42 ("Evolu", "we", "us"). By using the platform, you agree to these Terms.

Campaign rules come first

Each promotional campaign has its own official rules (regulamento), authorized where applicable by the Secretaria de Prêmios e Apostas (SPA). Those rules govern eligibility, mechanics, prizes, and deadlines for that campaign, and prevail over these Terms in case of conflict on those matters.

1. Who can participate#

You may use the platform only if you are a natural person resident in Brazil, hold a valid CPF, and meet the age and eligibility requirements of the specific campaign (campaigns are generally intended for adults, 18+). You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.

2. The service#

Evolu lets you register, submit participations (including photos or PDFs of fiscal documents), track your entries, and receive campaign-related messages through the channel you choose. Evolu provides the technology platform; the promotion itself is run by the Campaign Organizer responsible for the campaign you enter.

3. Your account and authentication#

Access is verified using one-time codes sent to your registered email. You are responsible for keeping your email and messaging accounts secure and for activity carried out under your enrollment. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable use#

You agree not to:

  • submit false, altered, forged, or third-party fiscal documents, or documents you did not legitimately obtain;
  • create multiple or fake registrations, impersonate others, or use another person's CPF;
  • use bots, scripts, or automation to abuse the platform or gain an unfair advantage;
  • attempt to interfere with, probe, or circumvent the platform's security or fraud controls; or
  • use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of a campaign's official rules.

We may suspend, reject entries from, or block any account that violates these Terms or a campaign's rules, without prejudice to other legal remedies.

5. Fiscal documents and participation validity#

Participations that rely on fiscal documents are subject to automated and manual verification, including validation against public tax-authority services. Entries that fail verification, appear fraudulent, duplicate a prior entry, or breach the campaign rules may be rejected. Verification outcomes and prize eligibility are determined under the campaign's rules and applicable law.

6. Prizes#

Prizes, quantities, odds, and award conditions are defined by each campaign's official rules and governed by SPA regulations. Awarding a prize may depend on successful verification of your participation and identity. You are responsible for any taxes or obligations that apply to you by law in connection with a prize.

7. Third-party channels#

When you use WhatsApp or Telegram, you also agree to those platforms' own terms and policies (WhatsApp, Telegram). We are not responsible for those services' availability or their handling of data under their own terms.

8. Intellectual property#

The platform, its software, and its content are owned by ZRP / Evolu or its licensors and are protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks, logos, or software except the limited right to use the platform as intended.

9. Disclaimers#

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Campaign outcomes are governed by the applicable campaign rules.

10. Limitation of liability#

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Evolu (ZRP) shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the LGPD or Brazilian consumer law.

11. Privacy#

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. You can request deletion of your data at any time — see Data Deletion.

12. Changes and termination#

We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes are reflected in the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notified through the platform. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or a campaign's rules, or where required by law.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction#

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Disputes are subject to the courts of the participant's domicile, as provided by Brazilian consumer-protection law.
